Data Deletion Instructions
At Leadz LLC, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal information. If you wish to delete your account or request that your personal data be removed from our systems, you may do so at any time.
To request data deletion, please log in to your Leadz account and navigate to the account settings or privacy section. From there, you can submit a data deletion or account removal request. If you are unable to access your account, you may also submit a request through the support options available on our website or within the Leadz mobile app.
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account and personal information. After verification, we will permanently delete your account data, including your personal details, profile information, and any associated content, from our active systems. Certain data may remain in our backup or archival systems for a limited period as required by law, payment processing, or security purposes, after which it will also be deleted.
Please note that once your data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. Any remaining anonymous or aggregated data that does not personally identify you may be retained for analytical or operational purposes.
If your account is connected to a third-party service such as Google, Facebook, or Stripe, you may also need to contact those services directly to request data deletion under their policies.
By requesting deletion, you understand that all features and access associated with your Leadz account will be permanently disabled.
